Groundhog Day

I woke up tired today. And I have the feeling like I am living that movie Groundhog Day. Every week day feels the same. Every weekend feels the same. And not necessarily in a good way.

About the weekdays... I'm in a pretty non-challenging job. But that's ok, I am extremely thankful to have a job! I have a lot of spare time while there, and am challenging myself to keep busy. Boredom is not my friend.

The weekends will change very soon, with a few of them concentrated on moving. Then on decorating. Then, hopefully traveling and writing will fill the voids after that.

I will concentrate today on making my day-to-day stuff better. So I will have less of a Groundhog Day feel. I am willing to try suggestions...

(((((((((((((SIS))))))))))))) I totally know what you're going through. Same ole same ole day after day. It can really start to get you down if you let it. If it's at all possible, change your routine any way you can. You don't necessarily have to change what you do, just reorder how you do it. Bring some of your afternoon stuff into the morning, and push some of your morning stuff to the afternoon. I know that's not much, but at least it will make the flow of your day seem different and less monotonous.

*hugs*

I totally know how you feel Robyn! I often feel like, that especially staying home with two young children. I am grateful that I have my jewelry to keep me busy, but even that sometimes gets monotonous. I agree with Mich, just change things up a bit, we sometimes get dragged down by stuff that we HAVE to do that we don't get to do the stuff that we WANT to. Sometimes I find that a quick walk will clear my head. Hang in there, I know you can do it!

At this time of year we often get cabin fever. I feel that way as well.

Wishing you a wonderful day.

I always fully support dancing for no apparent reason at all :). Even if it is only in your chair.

Love you!
